Red Beads and Swarovski Crystal Earrings, Craft Project
Last year I went for color analysis. I was told that I am a spring-autumn and should go for colors that are warm, rich but muted. I think this pair of earrings has my colors. Just not sure what I should wear with it though.

By the way, I called this design my tribal dancers as they remind me of the Iban dancers from Sarawak whom we met in a recent trip to Kuching.

Materials:

- 6 5mm autumn red beads
- 24 4mm copper colored Swarovski crystal beads
- 12 pieces of 22-guage wire with simple loop at both ends (each piece is about 40 mm long)
- 2 earring hoops as shown in picture.

How I did it:

1. Separate the materials into 2 sets, each for an earring. Use the round nose plier to create a single loop on just one end of each wire piece.

2. String one crystal bead, one red bead and another crystal bead into each wire piece and close the other end with a loop. Repeat the process and make another five of this. There should be a total of six strung wire pieces for each earring.

3. Link the wire pieces to each other to create the “dancer” forming the limbs, torso and head in the manner shown in the picture above.

4. Connect the “head” of the “dancer” to the earring hoop to complete.

5. Repeat Step 1 to 5 for the other side of the earring set.

Happy beading!
